Defective products

  • Please click HERE to complete the returns form to obtain an RMA# before returning any products found to be defective upon delivery.
  • Please notify us about defective globes within 7 business days and save original packaging.
  • Replogle Globes will inform you if package should be returned or discarded
  • The customer is required to return the defective globe in the original shipping package with all original paperwork and any documents enclosed with the original shipment.
  • You will receive credit, or a replacement globe will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned globe at the warehouse.
  • Some globes require a digital picture of the defect or flaw before a return or exchange can be made.
